e are a Research & Development company specializing in material sciences applying our Differential Pressure Assisted Resin Transfer (DPART) fabrication process to enable next generation efficiencies with carbon fiber manufactured parts.

Founded by John Steven Calder, Instaclave Technologies is currently under intensive product and business development and we have partnered well. With the initial support of the Lawrence Berkeley Labs, we have made great inroads our product developments.

Lawrence Berkeley Labs

Instaclave Technologies has contracted the Berkeley Lab as a Research & Development partner. The labs Material Science department, and its close association of Silicon Valley makes for a great Start-up partnership, plus they have a Cyclotron in the parking lot!

LBL is working with Instaclave Technologies on the hard science being the Caldera Lamination System.

Department Of Energy

The Energy Department's mission speaks to all sectors of the economy. Whether your expertise is in science, technology, engineering, national security, international affairs or business, the Energy Department offers challenging and innovative work environments.

The DOE has approved Instaclave Technology CRADA contracts and development plans, as well as providing funding.

Small Business Administration

Certification with SBA allows service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) to compete for federal sole-source and set-aside contracts across the federal government. Certified veteran-owned small businesses (VOSBs) have additional opportunities to pursue sole-source and set-aside contracts at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) under the VA’s Vets First program.

International Space Station

For more than 20 years, humans have lived and worked continuously on board the International Space Station, advancing scientific knowledge and demonstrating new technologies, making research breakthroughs not possible on Earth that will enable long-duration exploration into deep space and benefit life here on our planet.

Instaclave Technologies has been working with the ISS for the Small Business Innovative Research Grant program Funding.

NASA

Since its inception in 1958, NASA has accomplished many great scientific and technological feats in air and space. NASA technology also has been adapted for many non-aerospace uses by the private sector. NASA remains a leading force in scientific research and in stimulating public interest in aerospace exploration, as well as science and technology in general.

National Science Foundation

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is an independent federal agency created by Congress in 1950 "to promote the progress of science; to advance the national health, prosperity, and welfare; to secure the national defense..." NSF is vital because we support basic research and people to create knowledge that transforms the future.
